Jana Kramer is a country musician, actor and singer who rose to stardom in the world of television after she was chosen to play Alex on One Tree Hill for the season that ended in the. The first two albums she made as a country singer were featured on episodes of the show that helped her 2012 eponymous debut album to make it into the Top 20 of the Billboard 200. The follow-up 2015's Thirty One reached the Top Ten. It was the end of the decade with appearances on Dancing with the Stars, Television films, and other singles not from the album. She remained on the show until the end of 2012 when the show ended. Jana Kramer Kramer began her career on One Tree Hill in 2011. The actress signed a contract for a record label Elektra Records during this time and dropped the country-rock single "I Will Not Go Down" in one episode. Kramer remained focused on her music career while still acting and starred in films that drew her followers like Heart of the Country 2013 & Country Crush 2016. Kramer released her second album Thirty One with Warner Music Nashville in October 2015. Thanks to the Top Five country hit I Got the Boy as well as the duet she did with Steven Tyler of Aerosmith it was even more successful, achieving number three on the country albums chart and number ten on the Billboard 200. Starting in September 2016 she stayed for two months on the season 23 of Dancing with the Stars, and finished with an overall fourth position.
